Causes for Stress
Causes of stress are known as stressors. Stressors can be physical or emotional, internally or externally generated. Stressors also vary amongst people; children, teens and adults are all capable of experiencing stress.
Causes of Stress

Health problems, if you have a chronic illness such as heart disease, diabetes or arthritis . Then, you may come under stress.

Relationship problems, if you do not have someone to share your feelings with, are having difficulty in a relationship, or feel that you have few friends.

Your social situation, such as poverty, loneliness, or discrimination based on race, gender, age, or sexual orientation are the main causes of the stress.

Some Changes in your Life : The most important and primary cause of stress is- the occurrence of changes in life. For example, a big life-change, like entering university, can cause immense stress. Separation from home can also be extremely difficult, and can cause stress.

Loss of some very Valuable Person: It can also be very difficult to deal with the loss of a person who is very important to you.
- Divorce: Separating from a partner, who brought you a sense of comfort and love, may lead to stress condition.
- Uncertain Future: Thinking about your future and your career is a common source of stress. There are a lot of problems come in front of you by taking the future in point of view.
- Threat: A perceived threat will lead a person to feel stressed. This can include physical threats, social threats, financial threat, and so on.
- Uncertainty : When we are not certain , we are unable to predict , and hence feel we are not in control , and hence may feel fear or feel threatened by that which is causing the stress.
