Symptoms for Stress
The symptoms of stress are categorized into three parts:
1)Physical Symptoms.
2) Emotional Symptoms.
3) Relational Symptoms.
Physical Symptoms
Physical symptoms can be caused by other illnesses, so it is important to have a medical doctor treat conditions such as ulcers, compressed disks, or other physical disorders. These includes:
- There will be problem in sleeping under stress condition.
- In stress conditions, there will be pain in back, shoulder or neck.
- weight gain or loss, eating disorders are included in physical symptoms of stress.
- hair loss
- irregular heartbeat, palpitations may occur due to stress.
- chest pain
- sweaty palms or hands
Emotional Symptoms
Like physical signs, emotional symptoms such as anxiety or depression can mask conditions other than stress.
- nervousness, anxiety
- There could be a depression or moodiness during stress condition.
- memory problems
- The concentration gets divert, in stress condition.
Relational Symptoms
- If there is any conflict with co-workers or employers, which leads to stress.
