Home Remedies for Depression
Cardamom: It is a very beneficial remedy for the patients who are suffering from depression. Boil some seed of cardamom in water, and you may take them with tea. Tulsi: Another domestic remedy for depression is a tea made of indian basil(tulsi). Drink twice a cup daily for fast improvement. Sleep well: When you feeling depressed, go for a calm sleep. It will make you feel good. Spinach: 3/4 cup of cooked spinach a day is enough to give dramatic relief from depression if you are deficient in B vitamins. Apple: An Apple eaten with milk and honey is also very good to uplift a mood. Rose Petals: Add a handful of fresh Rose petals to a cup of boiling water. Add sugar and drink as and when a feeling of depression sets in.
