Introduction to Itching and its Home Remedies
IntroductionItching is a common skin problem. You can get rid of the problem within a second by itching the area in which you are feeling sensation but some time problem becomes serious and you itch the area until it becomes swollen and red. Home Remedies:You can cure the itching problem by trying the following home remedies: Milk: Add 2 to 3 liters of milk in a bucket of water. Now you can take a bath from this combination or can sponge the body using a towel. Baking Soda: Bath by adding small quantity of baking soda in a bucket of water. It is an effective remedy to get rid of itching problem. You can also apply the powder of baking soda directly on infected areas. Cornstarch: Add some quantity of corn starch in your bathing water. It is considered as a good home remedy for the treatment itching. You can also use cornstarch in powder form and can apply directly it on the itchy areas. Oatmeal: Add oatmeal in the bathing water to get rid of itching. You can also add milk to this combination for better results. Pumice Stone: Gently rub pumice stone on the effected area. And then wash it with fresh water using a mild soap or a cleanser. Now apply some Vaseline to the itchy area. It will provide you instant relief. Lemon Juice: Take two teaspoonful of lemon juice and add few drops of the oil that contains Vitamin E. Now apply this combination on itchy areas. It will sooth the skin within a few minutes that is why it is consider as the best home remedy for treating itching of skin. Vinegar: Vinegar is readily available at home and is helpful in the cure of itching. Vinegar extracted especially from apple is best in itching problem. It sooths the skin in quick time and gives you relief. Water: Drink 5 to 6 glasses of water in a day. It is helpful in making the skin free from itching. Carbolic Acid: Apply few drops of diluted carbolic solution on the effected areas and it will provide you relief.
